About

Isaac is a multidisciplinary artist, writer, and lived experience researcher at Traumascapes. Isaac graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University with a Multimedia Journalism BA in 2015, and from Queen Mary University of London in Creative Arts and Mental Health MSc in 2022. His creative work across the forms of dance, theatre, film, essays, and poetry is rooted in magical realism with a focus on themes of childhood, trauma, memory, and mental health.

Supporting trauma survivors’ through art and science
According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), the majority of people who access mental health services have experienced trauma. Yet, trauma remains misunderstood, misdiagnosed, and mistreated. How then can we best support survivors who need holistic, relatable, consistent, and trauma-sensitive healthcare?
