I am recently graduated student at IIT Bombay, India. I started writing blogs and articles during this lockdown and since then I have quite enjoyed writing and reading blogs.

Mental health issue being a stigma all over the world, most of the people are shy to talk about it openly. And I find this blog as a great opportunity to lend my voice and thoughts on this matter and it's important to talk about it. Given the current affairs and this pandemic it has become more important to take care of your mental health.
