I'm an Italian neuroscientist at the Institute of Science and Technology Austria, where I study synaptic plasticity in both healthy and pathological conditions. In 2023, I founded Syntropic Medical, a company developing a light-based medical device aimed at treating depression and other psychiatric disorders. My work bridges cutting-edge neuroscience with real-world clinical innovation.

 

Beyond the lab, I’m passionate about cooking, red wine, and exploring the hills around Vienna on my beloved Vespa, Fiorella.
