Kanika Phillip

Kanika Phillip is a freelance writer from Berkshire, UK. Her heritage is Caribbean, with her mum hailing from Anguilla and her dad from Antigua. Kanika first developed a love for writing at school. She writes mostly about music, doing live event reviews and artist interviews. Some of her writing highlights include being invited to review Stevie Wonder, and most recently interviewing Trinidadian soca artist Kees Dieffenthaller, from KES the band. She is keen to expand her writing to more short stories, inspired by fictional and non-fictional events.
