Sanaa Chughtai

Hi, my name is Sanaa and I am an undergraduate psychology student at King’s College London! I am interested in a range of topics including attachment, psychopathology, neurodiversity, developmental psychology and aspire to apply this knowledge in improving the mental wellbeing of others. I have a strong urge to speak up about mental health to reduce stigma within communities and ensure that increased access to both diagnosis and treatment is possible. I believe that culture, gender and many other aspects of our identity deeply influence how we navigate mental health struggles and that this still requires greater research.
