Annalise Whines

Hi, my name is Annalise! I am a PhD student in reproductive psychiatry at the MRC Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit, University of Cambridge. I am interested in how hormonal changes across the lifespan affect mental health, particularly during adolescence, the menstrual cycle, the perinatal period, and menopause. I am also passionate about science communication in this area. The field has long been underfunded, and with research finally growing, I want to make sure new findings reach the people who can benefit from them.
