About
I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Psychiatric Research Assistant at the Stress Psychiatry and Immunology (SPI) Lab at King’s College London, currently working on an anti-depressant trial. I recently completed my MSc in Psychiatric Research and previously undertook an Undergraduate degree in Psychology.
I am particularly fascinated by the overlap between mental and physical health. In my blogs, I would like to share my passion for science, mental health, and fitness.
