Ellie Philpotts is a freelance health journalist, editor, charity campaigner and teenage cancer survivor, working mainly in London. She was diagnosed with blood cancer Hodgkin Lymphoma aged 15 and is now in her late 20s and in remission, but still passionate about raising awareness for others, supporting them through the challenges of young adult cancer, and writing about the illness experience, including the need for more knowledge of late-effects.
