Lizbeth Meredith

Lizbeth Meredith is an author, speaker, and freelance writer currently based in East Tennessee who writes about resilience, reinvention, and saying yes to things she once thought were out of reach, like seeing all seven continents. Her memoir, Pieces of Me: Rescuing My Kidnapped Daughters, was adapted into the Lifetime movie Stolen By Their Father, and her work has appeared in Chicken Soup for the Soul and other publications.

After three decades working in the justice system with survivors and offenders, Lizbeth now writes from both lived and professional experience. While her earlier work focused heavily on trauma, this chapter of her life includes travel, growth, and the occasional misadventure that turns into a good story later.
