Charlotte Colle

Charlotte Colle is a developmental biologist with a strong background in life sciences strategy. She completed her PhD at University College London under the Wellcome Trust, where she investigated how cells acquire competence to respond to signals during early embryonic development. During her doctoral research, she worked closely with international leaders in the field, including at Harvard Medical School, and contributed to high-impact publications in Nature Communications and Developmental Cell.

She combines hands-on expertise in building non-animal embryo models with a background in commercial due diligence, where she advised private equity investors on life sciences deals and sector growth.
