My name is Sylwia Nowacka-Dobosz. I work as a lecturer at the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw and have devoted the last few years to researching the functional fitness of Polish seniors. Together with other research centres, we have set reference ranges for the main motor abilities up to the age of 85.
