Aarushi Verma

I’m currently pursuing a bachelor’s in Media and Communication. It was my knack for writing and knitting a world of my own using my creativity that drove me to the field of media. I have been writing from a very young age, and also hold the same amount of passion for music. All my life, I have never known of a better divulging medium than art. Hence, I consider writing, music, shows and movies as my escape into a different horizon.

It is only recently that we, as a society, have started realising the grave importance of mental health, and this platform is a great initiative to talk about the stigma wrapped around mental health issues. I hope to continue writing for InSPIre The Mind, and be able to contribute my bit to this great cause.
