Florence Sargent

Florence Sargent is a 3rd-year English and American Literature student at the University of Exeter. During her degree, Florence completed a study abroad in Virginia, USA at the Public Ivy, College of William and Mary. Following her year abroad experience, Florence started working with Nurture-U, a student mental health organisation, to provide support and advice to students struggling at university. Florence is particularly interested in how sports and mental health overlap, addressing topics such as RED-S, BDD, and imposter syndrome.
