Ann Sofie Cloots

Dr. Ann Sofie Cloots is the Slaughter & May Lecturer in Company Law at the University of Cambridge, Faculty of Law. Dr. Cloots obtained her PhD in law from Cambridge. Prior to the PhD, Dr Cloots worked as a corporate and competition lawyer at two US law firms in Brussels. Her research covers various aspects of the legal theory of the company, law & economics, corporate finance, as well as the legal aspects of DLT, digital assets and smart contracts.
