Dr. Ally Jaffee

Dr Ally Jaffee is a London-based, multi-award-winning NHS Junior Doctor, passionate about Mental Health and planning on specialising in Psychiatry. Ally is also a passionate Mental Health Content Creator with over 18,000 followers across her social media platforms. She has spoken at high-level events including Google London, Royal Society of Medicine, University of Cambridge, University of Oxford, Imperial College London, The House of Lords,The Wellcome Collection, Soho House and Soho Theatre. She has spoken about Mental Health on GB News, in The Times and on multiple podcasts. A keen creative with a passion for the Arts, Ally wrote her BSc dissertation on ‘Cinema and Wellbeing’ and has written blogs, poetry and created Art around Mental Health too. Ally believes strongly in authenticity and openness and shares her own Mental Health struggles online and hopes to normalise the conversation.
