About

Nicole is a Nutrition & Lifestyle Therapist and has completed an MSc in Psychology & Neuroscience of the Mind-Body Interface at King’s College London, with a particular interest in lifestyle medicine, chronic disease, stress physiology and the connection between psychological experiences and physical health.

Her work explores how stress, childhood adversity, relationships, emotions and life experiences can become biologically embedded and influence health across the lifespan. As a practitioner, Nicole has supported clients with a range of chronic and complex health concerns, including digestive, hormonal, metabolic and mental health issues, using evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle approaches. She also has extensive experience working within commercial microbiome testing, supporting healthcare practitioners with the interpretation and application of microbiome testing in clinical practice.

Nicole is particularly interested in the ways in which psychological and social experiences can influence physiological health, contributing to chronic disease. She is passionate about translating emerging research in psychobiology into accessible, practical insights for a wider audience, and exploring how a better understanding of the mind-body connection might contribute to more holistic approaches to health and disease.
