About
Sandra Nakić Radoš, PhD is a specialist in clinical psychology and associate professor at the Department of Psychology, Croatian Catholic University (Zagreb, Croatia). She has a 15-year of experience in peripartum mental health, with a PhD in postpartum depression and a fellowship in traumatic childbirth at the University of Sussex (UK). She gained expertise in various topics of reproductive mental health through 7-year practice at the Ob/Gyn department. Now she teaches methodology and clinical psychology courses and introduced the course Reproductive Mental Health.
Sandra has published 50 scientific papers and about 70 participations in scientific conferences. She is currently a vice-chair of the COST Action Riseup-PPD on peripartum depression and is leading several institutional and national projects. Sandra is also a co-editor at the Journal for Reproductive and Infant Psychology. In addition, she is a co-founder and the current lead of the Centre for Reproductive Mental Health (Zagreb, Croatia), an NGO dedicated to the well-being of pregnant women, mothers and their families. She is a mum of three and very passionate about maternal mental health.
