Hey people, I’m Danny, aka the breathwork:breddah. My week splits between derivatives trading in the City, studying Neuroscience & Psychology of the Mind–Body Interface at King’s College London, and teaching breathwork across London.

I was extremely skeptical about breathwork before my girlfriend dragged me to a teacher training in South Africa that changed the course of my life. I’m now on a mission (sounds very grandiose) to introduce as many people to the practice as possible - especially those who don’t currently resonate with the space.
