About
I am a researcher working at the SPI lab, with a particular interest in the perinatal period and child development. I work to understand what is happening in our bodies when we feel depressed or anxious, and how we can improve outcomes for parents and their children.
I think it is really important that scientific concepts and research are communicated accurately to the whole population, not just to other scientists, so I enjoy writing blogs on topics related to my research. I also love writing about social and lifestyle topics that can influence the way people feel.
