Alexis Campanile

Alexis Campanile, Ph.D., is a neuroscientist who earned her doctorate in Neuroscience from Florida State University and recently completed her Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at the University of Texas at Austin. Over the past decade, her work has focused broadly on neuroimmune function in health and disease. During her time as a postdoc at UT, her work focused on dysregulated immune mechanisms at the intersection of aging and alcohol use. She is passionate about scientific communication, yoga, photography, and spending quality time with family and friends.
