I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate working the in Stress, Psychiatry and Immunology Lab (SPI Lab) at King’s College London. I have been an academic researcher for 8 years and I am deeply fascinated by the interplay between mental health, immunology and lifestyle.

I work on the SHAPER programme, that aims to upscale arts interventions in physical and mental health. I work as a clinical trial manager for a trial within the programme that focuses on perinatal mental health and I also work closely with the other teams in SHAPER to deliver cutting-edge research.

I am a certified yoga teacher and hope to share my experience of yoga, mindfulness and eastern philosophies in the blog. I believe that each one of us has the power to make choices that positively and deeply impact their mental and physical health.
