About
My name is Isabella, and I am a MSc Developmental Psychology and Psychopathology Student at King’s College London. I graduated from Durham University in BSc Psychology. I am interested in how mental health conditions and neurodevelopmental conditions develop over the lifespan, considering biological, social, and psychological influences. I am also interested in what individuals, professionals, and society as a system can do to prevent and intervene.
Besides being interested in the research part of this, I have also gained experience through different volunteering projects, such as working with children from disadvantaged backgrounds, and working with adults from mental health centres. I am passionate about improving mental health, and I truly advocate the idea that there is no health without mental health. Inspire the Mind is a great opportunity for me to support making science more accessible and raising awareness about all the different aspects of mental health.
